The aim for the team at Sora is to create a holistic design process which encompasses all aspects of the design from concept through to styling and furniture. Their impeccable previous works and reputation made them an easy choice to partner with on a number of our projects, including our current St James Park and Warde Street developments, and our upcoming Cecil Street Prahran project.

At St James Park, Sora have created an opulent first impression, reflecting a high level of luxury and establishing a tasteful introduction to the style and quality craftsmanship found throughout.

Our collaboration with Sora on our Warde Street apartments will see them feature understated structure and the use of a linear narrative. The subtle use of lines will create uniformity in the open kitchen and living spaces.

Molecule
The team at Molecule deliver expert, tailored services that sees them bring spaces to life in more ways than one. We are particularly fond of their passion for all expressions of design – architecture, art direction, interior design, landscape design, furniture, graphic and industrial design.

We’ve partnered with Molecule on our Chevron One display suite and bespoke penthouse fit-out, as well as on other Jreissati Group brands, for the interior design of the HM@S Penthouse.

Coco Republic
The experts at Coco Republic have superbly detailed the interiors of our current displays at Vanguard in Malvern East, Chronicle in Armadale and Chelsworth in Ivanhoe.

At Vanguard, designers considered the spatial layout of one, two, and three bedroom apartments to deliver three exceptional schemes that complement the luxurious finishes throughout the project.

At Chronicle, Coco Republic have detailed our displays to enhance their elegant and classic aesthetic, simultaneously combining functionality and flexibility. Our collaboration with the designers on Chelsworth’s displays has seen the delivery of spaces that are sophisticated in design, embracing an urban and stylish aesthetic.

BG Architecture and Interiors
We’ve collaborated with BG Architecture on our Ivanhoe project, Chelsworth, for both architecture and interior design. Our partnership with this acclaimed brand will see the delivery of a superb development that demonstrates premium craftsmanship and a character that responds to its location.

Fender Katsalidis
A world-renowned multi-disciplinary firm, we’ve partnered with Fender Katsalidis on numerous projects, in both an architectural and interior design capacity. The celebrated designers have crafted both the architecture and interiors of our Malvern East project, Vanguard, truly setting a new benchmark for impeccable quality and ageless style.

Statement Sculptures
As a proud ambassador and supporter of the Australian arts scene, we love incorporating commissioned works from local artists in our projects. While art is stunning in all its forms, we particularly love featuring statement sculptures to create an impact within the entrances, common areas, and gardens of our projects. As one example, our Malvern East project, Vanguard, features a stunning sculpture at its entrance. The striking, stainless steel sculpture, ‘Glimmer’ by Lachlan Ross stands proudly in Vanguard’s foyer, creating a distinct impression upon arrival for both residents and visitors alike.

These decorative flourishes can also be implemented within the residences of our developments: adding small sculptures to adorn a hallway table or bedside stand is a wonderful way to demonstrate personality and charisma through art.

Citrus Accents
Nothing is more characteristically summer than citrus colours. Shades of lemon yellow, grapefruit pink and lime green make superb summertime additions to any home. Designed by renowned architects Fender Katsalidis, vanguard now looks as striking on the inside as it does on the outside, thanks to the specialists at Coco Republic.
