All of our buyers, across all projects, receive Levantine Hill Estate wine and benefits of affiliation upon purchase. In addition to this, every local purchaser of our Malvern East project, Vanguard, will be receiving at least $1,000 worth of wines from Levantine Hill Estate. Select purchasers of premium apartments will receive more than $8,000 worth of wines. In total, the wine settlement gifts for Vanguard purchasers offered as an additional goodwill gesture are collectively worth over $500,000.

The winery began against the odds, with experts saying the terrain was incapable of sustaining vines in such an elevated location. Today, the difficult terrain is the key strength of this family vineyard, which will only ever bottle premium wines in impeccable years. This spirit of determination upon which Levantine Hill was built, is what makes our alignment so rewarding and inspiring.

More than an enduring spirit in the face of adversity, Levantine Hill is internationally recognised for its creation of premium and award-winning wines. Most recently, their 2014 and 2015 Samantha’s Paddock and 2015 Estate Cabernet Sauvignon received Gold Medals at The Drinks Business Global Cabernet Sauvignon Masters. Additionally, their 2015 Syrah was awarded three trophies including the Australian Red Trophy, at the International Wine Challenge in London, one of the world’s most prestigious wine competitions. Most impressively, they received gold medals for their 2015 Melissa’s Paddock Syrah and 2015 Estate Syrah and a platinum medal for the 2015 Estate Pinot Noir at the Decanter World Wine Awards, the most coveted international wine awards.
The estate is also home to our affiliated restaurant, Ezard at Levantine Hill; a breathtaking space to attract gastronomes, vinophiles and admirers of avant-garde architecture.
